Time to move on?

Time to move on? Been holding this one for quite some time, and quite disappointed with the lack of news and results.   Low volumes, no news, and a stock moving nowhere.

Anyone out there have any insights as maybe I've got it wrong?   A large land package is impressive, but only good news will start to move the stock.
