RE:RE:Ethical failureThey could of waited to release q4. and could of waited for the reserve report so everything was on the table at the same time. The are going to try to close this deal before Q1 numbers come out. 


Merger presentation is 50 dollar oil 2.50 Can gas for 2021. Its not accurate, and you can hedge for all of 2021 at prices higher than that right now. Who will belive those numbers not revalent. 

The plan is if oil stays strong they will ramp up VII gen land as it is 1/2 cycle economics and they have tons of spare capacity. 

Bad deal and Arc is worth 1/2 of what seven generations is worth, just bad management.
