Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. VMS products are powered by its proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction technology, which is the result of a decade of development and provides accurate volumetric cardiac measurements equivalent to MRI.

My guess is that we may not make anything on the initial sales of these units, however I would think that we would collect a royalty of sorts on the individual ongoing usage of the machines. Much like the US pay per use plan, and if this is the case VPT is far better off in the long run taking into account the population of the various provinces in China and the amount of heart disease prevalent.
