The Company’s MPD Project consists of four properties, which include Man, Prime, Dillard and Axe. Mohave Copper-Molybdenum-Silver Porphyry Project covers over 10.4 square kilometers of the land package. The Company’s Kahuna Diamond Project is an advanced stage diamond exploration project located in Nunavut, Canada. The Company has also entered into a property purchase agreement to acquire an approximately 100% interest in the Aspen Grove Property.

Last paragraph of press release -- mgnt grants themselves 1 million options with a $1.56 strike price. That's a 15% DISCOUNT to the last close. Buried at the bottom of the press release. Self-dealing at it's finest. Great way to undermine good news for your shareholders.
