RE:RE:HVT SELLS SATIPHARM/GELLPELL FOR $4MLNS.. For me it comes down to how you would define the issues that  are holding  Harvest One back. 

If you think that Dream Water and Delivera are good products that require capital to fully realize their potential then possibly this is a good move. 

If you believe that Dream Water and Delivar are weak products this is likely good money chasing bad money.  

If you believe that management is not up to par then this is likely a bad move regardless of the potential for Dream Water or Delivera.

Just my 2 cents!
