RE:RE:RE:Over CompensatingAppointing a new hire to lead Xebec’s global hydrogen operations as the new President for the Global Hydrogen Group is not something you decide in short notice to put a spin on something. We can speculate that it was a position Prabhu wanted and they would need to backfill the COO position. When the position was not given to Prabhu, he was pushed out. Divorce can be ugly.

IF COO decides to resign given it would be a "material" event they would have to be disclosed with a few days of it happening. They would not have had time to recruit a new COO and perhaps appointed the former HyGear CEO as Global head of Hydrogen as a positive spin otherwise it would have looked worse. Plausible but only speculation.
