Clearly the contract deal was firmly based on "TSX Approval", which didn't happen.
TSX says NO & Gem contrary to TSX says yes. Would love to see Gem in on 22 million @ 14 cents, that would get notice. Gem (Russian Oligarch accounts?) is a junk yard dog chasing down a speeding car it caught, now what? Arbitration?
