Its operations in northeast British Columbia are located near Dawson Creek and the region includes Greater Dawson, Sunrise, Attachie, and Septimus and Sundown. The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

This isn't a done deal
when vii q4 comes out people are gonna see the q1 projections don't make sense to sell the company at par value ... this company is a 6 billion $ company at 65$ wti ...... vii shareholders will vote no and it's gonna take q4 to show that we were on the up and up

stupid to sell out a cash cow like vii at the forefront of an energy supercycle ...I'm a vii holder and loyalist ... it's a great deal for arc and a brutal deal for vii
