RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:shares for debt."On or about February 10th". Was the wording. Decline in SP will be short lived. The purchaser up sized the deal. Thats not something that implies their on the fence. Maybee their waiting to settle the debt and lump it all in one N/R, who knows. Personally not concerned even a little bit. Even if the deal fell through its not make or break. Still a great company!
