A CEO can push all they want to list anywhere... but they need their lawyers, accountants, the exchange, the regulator (SEC) to all move through the process. I'm not sure what experience DMCL has ... I expect they have had to retain new US counsel... you have NO idea what comments can come back from the SEC/nasdaq on disclosure.

US buyers can / and do / buy in Canada.

Nasdaq is not a panacea
