I read that they sold 2.5 millin for R&D
Then they transfered (as they call it... but in the next sentance say sold)... it was a sale... a further 8.5 million shares.

They have ALSO registered the intended sale of a further 8.5 million shares. Given the price action today... one might expect some of the volume today was Bitfury selling...
