Someone on Stocktwits said he emailed IR and received the clarification that the transfer was done privately and won't be dumped onto the public market. Not sure how reliable that source is though.

As a person who held APHA for five years and finally sold all last week, the game is quite simple for me. If the price dips further, I'll start adding until it goes back up. Cheers
