except this one. We studied the market maker. This market maker will never makes this stock go up. Why? could be working fir the competition but more likley a the market maker for this stock is a crook.
Those can destroy stocks for years while pocketing millions$$$$
In this case he makes 3 times more money with volume and keeping the stocks down that acting in the interests of the company.

That stock is deadwood.
