I do agree with Phil here.

Also, I disagree with JDN and Mr. W on the fact that RBX needs more of AGG than the inverse.

Let's say that they announce today that the deal finally wont' happen.  Which company you think will make profit on tomorow ?

RBX will continue to explore and drill it's 180km square permit (Kamasso), and exploit its actual reserves that are sufficient at everyone eyes to keep doing great business for the next 7 years (if I only consider what was found in the ground and published), including a supplier who agreed to built a solar plant that needs at least 10 years of operating services to be significantly profitable.

What AGG will NEED to do ?  Well, find a way to get an input of 100M+ USD to built its mine. If not, nothing much will happen than spending it's actual cash reserve into more drillings.
