There is one simple explanation to this.
Theratechnologies decision makers, have accumulated a huge amount of negative sentiments in the last 20 years among its investors.

If there was a way to account for this, I would call it BADWILL on the Balance Sheet.

TH has over $300.000.000 of Badwill on the ASSET side, balanced with the same amount in the Shareholder Equity section.

It would need a change of business culture to cure this, meaning major changes on its Board of Directors.
