RE:RE:I want to sell my Transaction VIBE shares....
The terms of the transactions included the following language:

For the first, smaller tranche I have not found any reference to a hold period for the shares. These shares were to be distributed as a dividend, and as such I don't believe a hold period is possible, but I'm not an expert.

For the second, larger tranche the press release, which you can read here,

https://www.theglobeandmail.com/investing/markets/stocks/VIBE-CN/pressreleases/607904/

Indicates that there is a six month hold based on the transaction date of November 10th.  That means the shares associated with the second tranche cannot be traded until May 10th, 2021.

Also recall that the warrants were only good for 12 months, but presumably they could be exercised at any time, however it might be true that it is not possible to exercise warrants until the "linked" shares are free trading.  Someone smarter than me can speak to that.

So, if you had your shares from the first tranche it seems to me that it would be possible to trade them now, but I don't have them, and I'm not sure I would if I did.
