Thanks for that report, last of the franks. Looks like there is a high percentage of the volumes shorted. Would this be considered heavily shorted? Not sure how to interpret this report, can anyone with more knowledge of shorting explain. Does the short volume indicate new short positions or Covering of old positions also?
