Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. I hope that they are planning something more substantial than using warrant funds for the second tier of the OTC. Weren't they there before?

their listing options must have been a discussion point between Dr Walker and Dr Kellum. If he is being paid via options I'm sure he is expecting an uplisting to a visible exchange.

he is not leaving his present position to enter penny stock oblivion with a company that has almost no following.
