Question- why choose this over NHF.Un

Question- why choose this over NHF.UnSo I’m newer to investing and was looking dividend stock that require relatively low maintenance or monitoring.  I noticed Killiam with .05... dividend per share now trading around $18 but than there’s Northviews NHF.un trading around $14 with double the monthly dividends.
Is there a particular reason why these two stocks are so different in value?
So I guess I am asking is there a technical reason for the difference I should be looking at and missed? why you choose Killiam over similar stocks with higher return on investment?
