The problem lies with the controlling Family. This the reason I refer to Pierre Beaudoin as the "idiot Heir". It was his blunder with the $6B debt for the CSeries that he agreed to give away for $0 to Airbus to start this death spiral. Then he lied the rest of the way out of necessity
