Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). Options don't expire until Feb 5, 2025.

Of course they will excercise the warrants and yes the money goes to Spectral.
If they didn't then it would be like throwing free money away.

I posted on again on Reddit pennystocks which has 1.3 million members.
Even if 1% wanted to invest in EDT that would dramaticly increase our volume and price.
