RE:RE:Candyman (please read) clarity for shareholders Yes, correct. Also take note that Gratomic gained the last 37% control of the Aukam mine project with this acquisition for only 18% of Next Graphite position.
Only cost Gratomic $100,000 cash Cdn upon closing approval from the TSXV and $500,000 usd worth of the first one million dollars of graphite revenue produced at Aukam.
This is a huge win for Gratomic to gain full control on all revenue streams moving forward.
Not to sure how people see the negative in this, when all the 25 million shares are dispersed amongst all previous Next Graphite shareholders in three 6 month escrow periods over 18 months.
Now the company can move forward.
