Nukey, I've heard of cases where Professional Investmet Managers have made some good coin doing trades like this. One was a Japanese Company who's stock was so low you could have bought the company for less than it's bank account balance. Another was a case like CNC/SHL where they decided it was a actually cheaper to buy B over A givem B's ownership of A.   

Two things: 1. How many Investors actually nit pick the financials to find these hidden jems?

2. SHL says the shares if CNC and NOB are for investment purposes, so what is stopping them from selling them? That is the point of an investment, at some time you decide you've met your objective and cash out or you just had a tree crash trough your roof and need $ now.
