RE:RE:Comment on financing

RE:RE:Comment on financingMy dear Friend

You do not short a stock that is worth 15 cents! Actually, no one should short a stock that does not have outstanding options. The only trade that makes sense is to short a stock where you can buy a call at the same time.  Unlimited risk and limited profit. Not my style.

Once this financing is digested, if DBO has good milestones to deliver and some street support we may actually see a run and analyst coverage And they probably have a roadmap based on the number of releases they put out recently. They may actually start holding quarterly calls. They have changed styles recently for the better. A sense of having a srategy, more releases, a new web site …

Let’s see how this plays out. They made their move and they were long overdue to take their bullet and get some cash in the bank account. It will be interesting to see the size of the offering and what sort of terms they are offered. That will say much about what the market really thinks of them.

Anyways, I think they will take what is offered at them. If terms are not that great, they will simply take a smaller deal or rwalk away. I am sure, the Board is looking at a plan B, such as a direct private placement. Financing is all about having alternatives. S. Mailhots background and some Board members is venture cap and they have connections.
