The Company owns the 100% of the rights to the Lac Gueret property, which consists of 74 map-designated claims totaling 3,999.52 hectares.

I'm faily new to the stock Market.  What can we expect from a share consolidation?  Does it means they will diminish the number of shares available into the market? Like If I own 5000 shares it might becomes 1000 but keeps the same overall value?
