I really dont understand what we bring to Alipay.  It seems it does all the things we do unless it is just to open up foreigners to make it easier to purchase on Alibaba.
Any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated.  I have read and reread the NR and have no idea what he is saying.
Are we incorporating Alipay in Revolupay or visa versa.
