As well it's not like the plant they are building is a new process or something. It's a tried and true UOP Honeywell Oleflex Plant, with 25 years of track record successfully producing polypropylene. There may be a few months extra to tack on to the already built-in timeline for commissioning of the plant. But 3 years? It's fine to have an opinion and be bearish, but this just seems dramatic.. Give us an example of a similar honeywell plant that had 3 years of start-up issues and MAYBE you have some credibility. If not then please just exit the stage quietly.
