RE:RE:RE:200 million warrants

RE:RE:RE:200 million warrants
the company has a choice cancel and stop printing shares or not and prove you are a billion plus company and that will be very tough to do. That is why I said what I did. Assuming this goes to 400 million pieces of paper my valuation of $2 a share goes to roughly $1.50. I am at this point biting down in saying it is a 600 million roughly speaking company. I said for it to be worth more impress me. Now this will also include not only heavily reducing the amount of cheap paper but also high gross profit margins no less than 20 percent. I am actually looking 30 low up to 60 percent and usually take half out to say it will be the net amount. It isnt only revenue has to be high what is more important is the net. The company regardless will need to prove it's worth I dont care how just do it. Having cheap paper makes all that more challenging unless the revenue is extremely hugh with strong enough gross profit margins. I value this at 600 million but no more unless I see more from the company. Revenue will come I am expecting no less than 10 million for this year and quite honestly that is low but that is what I want to see. I will sit back and react in a distance to what i see i have a $1 to $2 strike consideration for this year. Unless there is tons of hype or something that substantiates further value $2 max share price. I need to see something to impress me and cheap paper is not it...they need to seriously reconsider this issuance and if they want it they need to use shared that are existing to pay for further things otherwise they will have to prove why this is worth $2plus and again the more dilution the lower I put the value which i only project out a max 600 million despite what they said about 1 percent 500 billion for the one sector...you have to show it dont depend on constant cheap pieces of paper and saying this is worth that I dont care show me 10 percent at least and like I said I have been to Fences and despite a billion plus companies potential these types of companies i only project out 500 to 600 million. Let's see them do what they need to bring value...
