RE:RE:I Value This Company at $600 Million Irrespective of kingfisher,
what do you see on the stockhouse site in terms of total outstanding shares 313.65 million shares. Add another 10 million you have near 325 million shares. This isn't blowing up what is existing. What I did is project. I work on a projection basis so what i said is exactly what i said. I have said that I am valuing this company at 600 million max right now until they show me revenue, contracts, receipt of payments. I have come up with this figure because I know that this company will be getting involvefd with 100 millions contracts like Ecoville but not 100 million is going to acdc. Now even if this company says it can get 1 percent of all verticals and they had said that the walls is 560 billion worth that is about 5.6 billion but I am valuing this at 10% percent of that even though it is one vertical and there are others and that is being generous when this company has 0 revenue which I can't expect until traction takes place so I am taking that into account. I don't value companies more than 700 million even if they can make lots of monies and I certainly don't like putting 500 to 700 million without seeing so sorts of monies and that means receipts of payments.
But what i said is projection based on a given set amount of total company worth until it does something to impress me more. I said it very clearly that for me to buy in this is worth more than $2 a share they will have to start showing it and making it a case. I have given a $600 million valuation which is very generous actually where this stands because it has as i said 0 revenue and i am not expecting that just yet. Contracts are one thing but i will want to see receipt of payment as well as contracts can be broken and companies that are found in this position hardly get any damages so this is the need of receipt of payments booked revenues.
Now again 600 million assessed value at 600 million outstanding shares should it get there is worth a buck in my eyes.
at 500 million outstanding shares $1.20
at 400 million shares $1.50
at 300 million clearly which it was not at $2.00--so for this price the company has to show me more
as it continues to dilute my valuation goes accordingly at a fixed 600 million until it gives me reason to believe it is worth more.
