Now we know mangements response to the hostile takeover.  Announcing a strategic review at this time makes sense.  Management will not respond to any offer until it is complete.  If Brookfield ever decides to put their offer in writing, it will now have to wait until this review is complete.  Management and shareholders will be reluctant to make any decisions until they know the results.
