Hi Gal and Smokey, Two different things. There are specific stipulations and things you need to do from a financial, regulatory and compliance standpoint to 'graduate' to the tsx and then the nasdaq. Until then we lowlifes south of the border need to buy your beautiful Canadian treasures OTC (over the counter) which come with transaction fees and other stipulations. Many brokerages don't allow OTC buying of certain stocks (robinhood, Weill, fidelity and others) and so that limits american investor access to these securities. That's why the main goal for most canadian listed companies is to uplist. Volume is off the scale. Hope this helps GLTA
