Hey Rambo. I think you might have more valid predictions than I do, because I have absolutely no idea. I thought there were already many signs over the last month that this stock was easily heading to a buck and I thought that January sales was the catalyst. And what happened? Share price dropped FIFTY PERCENT(!) from its high.
Add in the Shelburn stuff, the poor reviews, some sites that may be closed now (Some only had 6-month leases right? Have they been renewed?), "buying" a company that they actually created with a huge number of shares that go to unknown entities (It might be explained in the webinar on Monday, but maybe not) and there are tons of uncertainties. Today's PR hires were good steps, as was Shelburn stepping down, as is Monday's webinar if they actually address some real concerns, but right now it's still very tough.
In fact, with a lot of the stock market red, I sold off about 8% of my shares today for other opportunities/diversification (and 10K of profit). I was/am very overweight on MEDV anyway and still have 500,000 shares so it seemed prudent with all the unknowns. I might sell as many as 100,000 more on Friday, depending on what happens with SP. I probably could/should wait until the webinar on Monday, but the last webinar came coupled with January's amazing sales numbers and the SP dropped like rock from that moment so who knows? Even having 400,000 is plenty though so it's not like I'm exiting the stock or anything - just being cautious.
So how about you? Any insights?
