RE:RE:RE:QuestionI emailed Boris on February 5 and he said as an update to the CTO revocation status he had just sent the companies response to the OSC's request saying there was a lot of questions to address. He said he hoped they would act fast to get HRE back to trading. I also emailed the OSC and the OSC said to remove a CTO, the company has to apply to have the CTO revoked, bring their filings up to date and pay any outstanding fees. The OSC said nothing to me about grilling a company with questions. Now Stan's filings are up to date and they applied to have the CTO removed, they paid a participation fee on Nov 2 when they filed the required documents related to the CTO. I don't know if there's any more fees to pay but this is why I think the OSC is intentionally dragging its feet about revoking the CTO.
