Last night's AZM PresentationJML gave a good presentation last night. (Sorry long post ahead!) It was my first time hearing JML present (only 3rd time overall) in French and well worth it as his excitement for his projects really comes out better. It was all about Elmer and their goal is to prove there's 2Mozs+ on that property. He mentioned how he's heard all kinds of projections (2Mozs to 20Mozs)...time will tell and the truth is somewhere in between. Mentioned that he thinks there could be another 2, 3, maybe 4 other Patwon similar resources (based on their 9 targets identified so far). Referring to slide 13, although the east and west ends of Patwon drill results seem to 'end' with those two marked drill results, he believes strongly that this is not the case and he thinks the gold is somewhere 'behind' where they've drilled...as such, Patwon is still open in all directions. He seemed to allude to the current drilling program and that they are hitting mineralization again. He answered a question wrt a MRE and could not provide a timeline but of course it's in the works as they keep obtaining data. He reemphasized their thirst for data and using it to project next drill targets as well as to better define the deposits. I believe he mentioned that they would be done drilling Elmer in May. Some of the Patwon 10,000m drill holes will go deeper than they have currently.
Also, was reminded that JML said that it is quite common for Orogenic deposits to be between 2 to 4 times deep as they are wide. As such, for Patwon which is currently at 500m in length, it could potentially be as deep as 1km+.
Interestingly, this new Elmer presentation included two slides for Rex. He only had 14 minutes and so only spoke of Elmer, however, in the question period, he did elaborate on Rex and he took time to remind us that what they have in those two properties are not simply two good prospects for minerals but DISTRICTS! He was very excited talking about Rex and seems to look forward to their maiden drilling campaign scheduled to start this April.
I did have to leave during the question period so if any of you who listened can fill us in on any other aspects (that I missed or that I did not touch upon) please do so.
