They'll have to simply make a name change even though the names are completely different. So, if I start up a new restaurant and call it Jim Norton's, is Tim's going to come after me because the names rhyme. If a person isn't able to distinguish between a products name, they have a problem. As long as the product is high in quality it can be called Planera or does that sound too much like Plantera, it doesn't matter. Just move on with it. We have some revenues to generate.
