But that's all under assumption this fund will live long enough, and that is operating within normal deviations. 
Now, that is broken not sure what options will be. Anyhow, too bad for missed opportunity and using wrong instreument. Still, this could drop big time before they decide to come out with, i'm sure, ready legal loopholes..

They should halt trading, until this is resoved,... but that also comes with the ticket. 

You also should ask yourself, what will be with this fund if we had true volatility?! This is a just lost case...
