just to confirm that without a doubt the warrant conversion is 9.5 wts for 1 common sh onc with an exercise price of 9.03.

I recieved an email from Kirk in IR at ONC this morning confirming it. I had asked him to clarify and sent him the link from the cdn warrants website showing the 1 for 1 conversion, here is his answer.
