RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shares Outstanding? Way too early to be concerned about thatI guess you aren't too familiar with how bought deals work. Please explain how, given it traded at $.60  for less than a day, that she could have gotten that price? Do you not realize that VWAPs (amongst other things) are used to determine fair value when doing an equity or debt raise? That being said, this would have had to have traded at a VWAP of $.60 for propbably at least two weeks (given sector volatility) for us to get anything even close to your suggested raise price.

So, again, how would she have achieved that by "waiting"?

She raised 22.5mil two weeks prior to this at .19, then got an extra .12c/share for an over allotment at .31c. In a little under a month she raised 48.4mil, when as recently as Nov. 2020 this thing was trading at $.125.

Some of the people that post here are not investors or traders, they are just speculative gamblers that have no business in this line of work.

Remember folks, investing for the medium term means 3-5 years. I called the bottom at 12-13 cents back in november, and I was right (same time I recommended picking up Aphria, but I digress...). I also think the near term bottom for this has been hit at .29c. Looking at this company from either a fundemental or technical perspective right now will probably make you reach the same conclusion, buy.

If you had listened to me back then, instead of the idiots that constantly yell "manipulation, omg this stock sucks", you would have had a triple bagger at these levels. I'll just be over here making barrels of cash shaking my head at the uninformed and usually useless opinions posted here.
