Like Mazz said, U of Western is behind it, National Research Council of Canada is behind it and put money into it, as has the gov't.
And the first two know the secret sauce.
As if any respectable person at Western is going to talk to this guy -- on behalf of KNR - as soon as they do a quick google and see he is all about podcast viewers and shake things up blogging.
Everyone has to choose their own comfort level and entry point. And it may shake a few scared holders lose over a few days. Maybe thats what we have been seeing.
All it takes is one annoucement and this opinion piece is long forgotten.
Like I said....its impossible to do....until it is done.
And by then.... its $$$ to get in.
