I agree with your perspective and would add that it's premature to be drawing conclusions and passing judgement on management performance before we have all the facts before us. So far, all we know is what was disclosed to us in a very brief press release. What we know for sure is: The Option to Purchase is dead, IBC is buying back the Superlig Pilot PLant, any and all agreements that may have existed between Ucore and IBC are cancelled, and all lawsuits and/or claims still outstanding are dismissed with prejudice...which simply means they cannot ever be reopened. In other words Ucore is done with IBC and MRT.
So what caused the legal proceedings to come to such an abrupt ending when everything seemed to be going in Ucore's favor? It has to be something more important to Ucore than IBC and MRT. I look forward to hearing the rest of the story. Hopefully early next week.
