Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:News release what does it mean for usNormal growing pains and quite expected and baked in already I believe. Settling the lawsuits is great and to come out of them with:

"...a reduction in amounts payable by $4.7 million from what was previously projected"... is also great.

The fact that the mill can run steady state at about 75% capacity (3,100 tons and 4,000 tons) is great and that it achieves it's specified 90% recovery grade is excellent.

Despite the slower hoisting rates while commissioning and vent shaft work is done everything is on track and we have cash to get to the full 5000 tpd.

Looks like we will be selling high grade material higher copper prices than otherwise would have been... so it trades off :))
