I mean mistake isnt the word id use, this sort of thing happens all the time. Companies dont hold up under DD and the deal is voided

I think their mistake was just being too hasty with the original NR although it did state that the deal was subject to further DD

I dont think it had anything to do with shareholder uproar, if the company was good they would have moved forward and explained in the webinar, management has proven that they know what theyre doing and also that they are not perfect but certainly rectify mistakes in a timely manner.
