I think their mistake was just being too hasty with the original NR although it did state that the deal was subject to further DD

I dont think it had anything to do with shareholder uproar,  if the company was good they would have  moved forward and explained in the webinar,  management has proven that they know what theyre doing and also that they are not perfect but certainly rectify mistakes in a timely manner.

Not enough DD about a company that they created (not bought, as they tried to lead us to believe)? Ok then...

Which leads me to your next point, which I often see repeated here and elsewhere: that they have proven that they know what they're doing (so they deserve the benefit of the doubt). Have they really proven this? Do they deserve the benefit of the doubt? Recent events would certainly suggest otherwise. They have a lot of statements about sales and other things but until financials are released it is all opaque. I see that Google reviews are quite negative, overall, which is worrying. How many of the existing sites are getting their six-month contracts renewed? I gather my bar for proof is much higher than many people here then. Does that make me cynical? I hope so. It's a penny stock and I am very heavily invested in it. Being cynical is a fail-safe and something that every investor in penny stocks (or anything) should have a healthy dose of.

This doesn't mean I don't believe in the company. I do, or I would have sold out in the past couple of days with the uptick in share price. But I'm definitely in a "prove it to me" mode, and I don't think much has been proven yet.
