RE:RE:Issuing stock to acquire ESN

RE:RE:Issuing stock to acquire ESNArmoyan owns 15% or so of TCW?

Thats not enough to force an M&A, no way TCW shareholders vote for that, in order to get their money back the CFW shareholders would need to get a huge chunk of TCW shares and that would dilute the current TCW outstanding way too much and considering they just basically got out of that after the canyon aquisition I just dont see it, I mean maybe but highly doubtful, it doesnt make sense because the CFW shareholders basically just turned their debt into more shares did they not?

Honestly everything to do with CFW is a straight dumpster fire from the management  to the CEO and to the overall handling of their entire financial situation to date.

IF TCW does do something as stupid as M&A with CFW I will definitely bow out because thats a spit in my face after having stood by them during this entire course and I think management is highly sensitive to that.

Also I doubt the queens bench would allow a company to have that much market share but who knows.
