Look at the changes done after they have entered, what changes have occurred and where AfriMet finds itself in the chain and how they can help push this forward. It is clear the two new management positions in Africa by TTX ( Mr Miller and Mr Lindhorst), ex AfriMet employees I assume, are now on the ground. Also would deduce that Mr Allard spending all this time in DRC does not mean he took a holiday. You have no interest in TTx I see but if you do, take on more research and rather keep your comments for when you are right. This stock as moved from 0.01-0.08 so either the changes are real and others are seeing this too or the guys on this chat can trade 23mio shares in one day on this stock.
