RE:RE:Are we totally wiped out?If you buy a shell with 300 million shares out expect a roll back in the range of 100 for 1 but yes this seems to be above and beyond. This is likely because insiders had no skin in the game and no interest in seeing this succeed. With no better offers they had to take what they could get. Just my opinion. Shells can be huge wins but you need to know where the shares are and the structure has to be tight. In contrast Jaguar Financial has about 10 million shares out and the guys behind the deal are rumoured to now hold about 7 million. They won't likely roll themselves back but even if they do you know it will be insignificant compared to the gains made ahead of news. Shells are super high risk. Low price means nothing and structure means everything. If I found this by way of a tip my first though would be its way too diluted and with a possible list of thousands of shareholders it would have a hard time getting traction. JMHO
