The MPD Copper-Gold Porphyry Project has approximately 226 square kilometers of land package in South-Central British Columbia (BC). The Company’s MPD Project consists of four properties, which include Man, Prime, Dillard and Axe. Mohave Copper-Molybdenum-Silver Porphyry Project covers over 10.4 square kilometers of the land package. The Company’s Kahuna Diamond Project is an advanced stage diamond exploration project located in Nunavut, Canada. The Company has also entered into a property purchase agreement to acquire an approximately 100% interest in the Aspen Grove Property.
