RE:RE:It's begunTwo separate issues. The 3.5 - 1 roll-back is for RBI shareholders to decrease the number of shares. The shareholders of Tevano received shares at .20 in order to make the deal. The buyer usually gets a better deal to start with. The opening price and the interest in Tevano is all that matters when trading begins.
