Tantalex Resources Corp. has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding agreement with Ximei Resources (Hong Kong) Ltd. to enter into a co-operation model for establishing a tantalum refining plant in the Manono region, Tanganyika, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
