RE:Globe is saying no likely suitor

RE:Globe is saying no likely suitorThat Globe article did contained some interesting information.

1. Analysts expect Brookfield to be forced to increase their offer.  (brilliant insight)
2. IPL will be shopping around to domestic pension plans, KKK & Co and Berkshire
    Hathaway.
3. No mention of the other big possibility of selling Heartland outright or taking on a partner.
4. Brookfield formal offer should appear later this month. (more brilliant insight)  No reason
    was given for the delay.

The article also inferred that Q4 was a big miss and IPL is in trouble because they are selling non core assets.  The tone suggests that IPL is in trouble and must accept any offer.  Pretty sad journalism.  No mention was made that IPL had a big Q4 beat on earning per share.  (.39 vs consesus .19).
